We turned 5 the other week. YES 5 YEARS OLD!!! Time fly's when your having fun huh!

Well we thought we'd make our monthly jam our 5th birthday and then also Aux Won aka Tim's farewell party because he is buggering off overseas to Tokoyo to get married, and leave me with all the work. Nice guy huh! Anyway we have assembled the best local hip-hop DJ line up you are bound to see this year let alone in a while. It's all star quality!

This February marks WAX MUSEUM RECORDS 5TH BIRTHDAY, and you're invited to one killer party. This month we also say Sayonara to our homie and store founder AUX WON, who leaves us for the land of the rising Sun. We're celebrating with Melbourne's Hip Hop royalty, DJ BONEZ, DANIELSAN, PLUTONIC LAB, DJ FX, DOC FELIX and KIM DEZEN as well as residents Aux-Won, Mixa, Inkswel, Baby Lotion and Geezey. We'll be rockin it from 9pm - 3am at The Croft Institute (Croft Alley, Melbourne CBD). Get in before 10pm for free, $10 if you're late.

We have the first birthday of our monthly Wax Museum Records Jam coming up on August 28th. To celebrate we have Kon (Kon & Amir) coming out from NYC to headline with a bangin' line up! Plus we are also the official launch party for the AIAIAI TMA-1 DJ Headphones with a few lucky people to win a pair on the night.

On the Jam tip we've got a new separate blog happening now for it where we'll host all of our podcasts, gig info, mailing list and giveaways!

DANIELSAN one half of local hip-hop veterans Koolism. Dan always brings it funky on the mix spinning his favourite old school tunes from his big collection.

M-PHAZES had to pull out of our gig last month so he's definitely coming this month to make amends! He'll be dropping some exclusives he's been working on as well as what he's feeling at the moment.
